The table Tak comes home

The Tak table has already entered its intended environment. New restaurant TAK at Brunkebergstorg was inaugurated recently. The tables, designed by David Regestam/Wingårdh’s were made with this specific setting in mind, although its universal character suits many interiors, welcoming guests with a comfortable place to relax, enjoy the Nordic-Japanese cuisine and admire the spectacular view.

A question for David Regestam: how does it feel now the tables are in place at restaurant TAK?

“Fantastic, of course! The tables work very well with the concept: the scaled-down model, elegant and sober with fine details. Additionally, the table flirts with Japanese architecture in its conceived simplicity, which really suits the restaurant’s philosophy. And then the view is marvellous, seen from both inside the restaurant and the terrace. Being at TAK is like flying in low over Stockholm and seeing the whole city centre in 360 degrees.”
