We’ll be jumping on a bus to visit A. Petersen and Bygning A to see the exhibition Velkommen Hjem, Åke, a stylish retrospective that recreates his studio and home. There’s lots on show from Åke’s career as a designer, furniture maker and interior architect across more than 60 years.
We’ll be looking at prototypes and unique chairs, as well as the furniture we make every day. Åke will also be there.
Meanwhile, Gärsnäs will be closed on 18 September and the factory and showroom silent.
