NK’s new market hall is run by Melanders, the seafood and fish specialist. Here you will find counters loaded with lobsters, langoustines and oysters. At the bar are long rows of Åke Axelsson’s Gästis high chairs and around the dining tables, the classic model S217, designed in 1963, and the S234 armchair from the next year. Melanders is a sober setting with white-tiled walls that welcomes you to lunch, piles of prawns, after-work drinks and dinner.
